Thrace Marble is the source of marble dust. Thrace marble actively participating in the Theseus H4C Project, exploring sustainable solutions for industrial waste. During marble excavation and processing, significant amounts of dust—similar to that from demolition operations—are generated. Instead of being discarded, this byproduct will be processed and repurposed for the production of cement, bricks, and insulation materials. Through this initiative, Thrace Marble aims to minimize environmental impact while contributing to the circular economy, turning waste into valuable resources for the construction industry.
Mr. Kosmas Daskalopoulos, is an experienced Operations Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the building materials industry. Skilled in Production Management, Strategic Management, Electronics and Drone Piloting. Strong sales professional with a Engineer’s degree focused in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Democritus University of Thrace – (D.U.Th.) and a Master in Business Administration at the University of Winchester.
Mr. George Daskalopoulos, is a highly skilled engineer and the driving force behind the production management at Thrace Marble. With deep expertise in manufacturing processes and quality control, he ensures that operations run efficiently and meet the highest industry standards. Overseeing everything from raw material selection to final product delivery, George plays a key role in optimizing production, reducing waste, and maintaining sustainability.
